Fresh salmon can arrive at its destination more than 72 hours after being harvested. This may result in the loss of the cold chain which can create biosecurity and quality problems.
Our Coho is processed within 8 hours of being harvested and the cold chain is guaranteed throughout the entire process, giving us the right to declare with confidence that our frozen Coho is “SASHIMI QUALITY”
